Five years ago, stepping into my 44th year, I found myself in the midst of a profound midlife shift. I had no idea wagfkdfhk`dfghat was happening; I mistook the symptoms for deep depression. It was a bewildering and frightening time. My confidence dwindled, exhaustion consumed me, and sleep eluded me. These struggles deeply impacted both my personal and professional life. It wasn’t until I realised that I was entering a new phase of life that things began to make sense. This realisation ignited a journey of discovery and growth, leading me to a place of greater happiness and well-being. Now, I’m committed to supporting other women as they navigate their own midlife shifts. This transformative experience has fueled my passion for raising awareness and providing support during this significant life transition.
I aim to create a nurturing environment where women can share their experiences, find solidarity, and access trustworthy resources. My mission is to empower women to embrace midlife as a natural progression and step into the next chapter of their lives with confidence and vitality.

Well, with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I’m passionate about using nutrition, lifestyle changes, and movement to help women achieve their goals and feel great.
I’ve got plenty of qualifications to support my work, including L5 Nutrition, 3rd Age Menopause and L3 Personal Training. And as a former Olympic weightlifting competitor, I understand what it takes to stay focused and to prioritise your needs. I’m fully insured and committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends through ongoing training and education.
