Pause was created by Susie Bennett and myself to offer support that is honest, useful, and empowering.

Pause Together
Join us once a month in Brighton for a relaxed and restorative two-hour group session. 

Held at Afrori Bookshop in Brighton, each session is built around a theme — from nutrition and movement to purpose or emotional wellbeing.

The first hour offers a focused discussion or mini-workshop. The second is a chance to simply be — to pause, connect, and recharge in the company of others who understand what this stage of life can bring. 

It’s informal, uplifting, and designed to give you what you often don’t get enough of: time and space.

Pause to Listen explores the real-life experiences of women navigating midlife. We cover everything from practical strategies to personal stories, bringing warmth, honesty, and insight to a stage of life that’s often ignored or misunderstood.

I provides individual support focused on physical wellbeing. Using a blend of nutrition, movement, and lifestyle tools, she helps women feel strong and capable through midlife and beyond.

This isn’t about restriction or reinvention — it’s about tuning into what your body really needs and feeling empowered in your skin again.
