  3. Tailored exercise programming based on your needs, following an initial movement assessment.

Personal Training – £60 p/h or Online Programming – £55 p/m

I also offer face to face personal training sessions and online programming to help get you moving and stay consistent. Pick the service that suits your needs best, whether that’s learning to lift weights safely or keeping motivated in the gym.
