My focus is women’s health; empowering women on a quest to live a healthier life through menopause and beyond.

Welcome! It’s wonderful to have you here! I’m Holly Skinner, boasting over 20 years of expertise in health and fitness, with a special focus on supporting women navigating peri to post-menopause. My mission? Empowering women to embrace health, wellness, and confidence. How do I achieve this? Through simple, achievable adjustments to their diet and lifestyle, enabling them to effectively manage their symptoms and enhance their overall well-being. I offer personalised 1-2-1 coaching or small group sessions. Additionally, there’s our incredibly supportive Facebook community, The Well Women Club. To me, it all boils down to one thing: support. When a woman feels encouraged and supported, she flourishes.
Qualified through Mac Nutrition Uni, YMCAfit, 3rd Age Menopause and VTCT, I’ve made it my career and passion for helping women live the life they want through nutrition, lifestyle and movement.
